Hello and welcome to Sold-Roc.com. The idea of Solid-Roc Productions started out about 15 years ago in my 4th period class in Middle School. It was there where I was doodling and came up with the idea of creating a company name for all the home videos I was making with my father's camcorder.
It was then when I started making my own "self-indulgent" films with my friends. As time went on I noticed I began to become a little more meticulous with the angles and continuity of my shots. I also was determined to figure out how to add music to my films with regular household wires. Editing equiptment wasn't easy to come by in 1989-93.
After a couple years of trying to make a descent film with limited equiptment...I gave up the idea of making films and just left it in the backburner of my dreams. So 10 years later, thanks to cutting edge technology in computer advancements and a steady cash flow...Solid-Roc has been revived!
